Amazon AIR produced $XXMM in labor cost waste attributed to the idle hours metric of labor that must be retained due to the shift structure despite there being no volume to process during specific time windows. I lead the project to scale PT shift timing solutions for AIR’s network to reduce waste in idle hours by 5% YOY. In addition, I'm building a framework to optimize Non-Production fixed support HC.
Worked on a project related to Supply Chain Optimization in the Russia region for AMDs chips. We built a model that identified key holes in AMDs sourcing supply chain network. We went a step further and demarcated high risk routes, regions, and suppliers.
Worked as a Sales Engineer at ServiceNow, and primarily helped develop a joint solution between ServiceNow and HCL Technologies. Spent the majority of the internship talking with key stakeholders, identifying white spaces, and developing used cases and prototypes of potential solutions.
Helped the Dallas Mavericks figure out which type of social media posts lead to better merchandise conversions, and helped revamp their Spanish speaking Instagram page- "Somos Mavs".
Helped develop an investment strategy for NASA's SBIR/STTR program. The program was hoping to increase outreach in different communities while maintaining ROI.
Conducted visual acuity tests, refraction tests, and pupil measurements on participants to test quadrant eye’s product accuracy. Worked directly with the founding team in recruiting test participants and streamlining the data collection process.
Conducted extensive policy research and contacted Southeast Asian and South American trade policy professionals. Presented a plan of action slide deck regarding scaling in Costco Wholesale’s Seattle headquarters to the head of expansion
